After opening my bar/restaurant business in 2011, I learned QuickBooks to the best of my abilities and

tried to run my books myself. After going through 2 bookkeepers, I found Angie. She has been a god send for me. Not only has she been able to clean up my, and my former bookkeeper problems, she has optimized how we do our accounting. I can’t imagine not having her now. Once a month we get a nice neat little package with everything we need to analyze our previous month’s dealings. She also works with my tax bookkeeping at tax time with any questions he has. You will not find a nicer, more helpful and trustworthy bookkeeper. Angie will run my books for as long I am feeding people.

Angie has handled the bookkeeping for us as long as Sivart Graphics has been in business. I'm a graphic designer - that's what I'm good at. I needed someone to handle all that number stuff. She's helped us budget to pay off debt, forecasted our cash position, and kept us up to date on all of our billing. I don't know where we would be without her.

When I decided to start my own business, I was not only excited about the opportunity to work for

myself, but the future opportunities I could explore as my company became successful. I quickly discovered just how overwhelming managing all of the financial aspects of a company could be. Without  a background in bookkeeping, I found myself spending an increasing amount of precious time learning and using the appropriate software so that I would be adequately prepared to meet the needs of my  clients as well as my CPA. Thankfully, A Willis Solution has now relieved me of these responsibilities,  freeing me up to focus more on direct client services.
